The pandas will visit Seoul again for the ninth time! Starting from 1,600 papier-mâché pandas in 2008 by a French artist, they are set to be displayed in public places in different cities across the globe to represent the remaining real pandas left.
The exhibition, desinged by Lotte department store and Lotte World Mall, is to be placed on the lawn and garden area near Seokchon lake in Songpa-gu, Seoul Jamsil Lotte World Mall Jamsil area in Seoul from July 04 to July 31. The papier-mâché panda sculptures will be on a display at outdoor spaces of national landmarks throughout the country including Sejong Center, Seoul City Hall and Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).
